She develops alliances with international organizations, foundations, public institutions, and private sector partners. Her role focuses on expanding the institute’s network, strengthening collaboration across regions, and supporting the strategic positioning of programs and initiatives.
Victoria Penacchio leads the placemaking and urban design strategy for projects and programs. She develops spatial concepts and supports the translation of placemaking methodologies into clear spatial proposals, drawings, and implementation materials. Her work connects community processes with physical interventions in public space.
Coordinates the day to day implementation of programs and projects. Manages timelines, internal coordination, and operational follow up across teams. Oversees coordination of outputs and deliverables, supports board follow ups, and contributes to the preparation of proposals and program documentation.
